Another delicious bag this week. We’ve been so busy eating it that this post is late! We’ve been munching on the apples and had a spinach and mushroom fritatta for lunch on Sunday. I’ll post the recipe in an update on vegetables past in the next day or so. One of the recipes included with the bag was for lentil stew with spinach and potatoes. It sounded wonderful (hints of lemon and mint) so I’m going to give that a shot this weekend.
