One of my favorite snacks is based on an oldie but goodie – apples and nut butter. It’s filling. It’s tasty. It’s easy. What’s not to love?
1TB Almond butter
- Cut the apple into segments and core.
- Smother slices in almond butter.
Suggested additions, substitutions and variations:
- You can use any kind of nut butter here, including peanut butter. I like chunky, but if you prefer creamy, that works great too.
